Players who may be worth considering for next season
Clyne – with additional Champions League qualifying fixtures at the start of the season, I’ll be looking to get some Liverpool representation defensively. Although Clyne wasn’t their highest point scorer last season, he did play the most games.
Coutinho – again with the Champions League qualifying games in mind, I’m very likely to start with Coutinho in my side. Had his game time not been limited by injuries, I’m sure he would have been up there with Hazard in terms of points last season.
Mane – I’ll probably opt for Coutinho or Mane, depending on which is cheaper at the start of the season. Mane made an explosive start to his Liverpool career but was also limited in terms of game time with his African Cup of Nations commitments and an injury at the end of the season. He could be a great asset for next season.
