April Transfer One

April Transfer One

Out: Keane
In: Azpilicueta

Everton have little to play for and have a difficult fixture against Liverpool today. As a result it’s time for Keane to go. Chelsea have decent fixtures despite being out of Europe. I think they will reach the FA cup final and Azpilicueta is available at a decent price. I’ve not made any other transfers yet but unless news about Mkhitaryan’s injury is positive before Arsenal’s game tomorrow then I’m likely to take him out for another Arsenal midfielder (such as Ozil) as they have really good fixtures remaining in the Premier League but also look set for additional games in the Europa League.

  1. Sensible move DTT.. your keeping Aguero ? He will be rotated I think you should go 442 and change Aguero to Mane and I read Mkhi is our for 4 weeks

    1. That could be a great option but I’m going to hold that last transfer for now and keep Aguero for the time being as other transfers seem more essential.

  2. Mkihi potentially out for season.. advise please
    Bertrand – azpi
    Mkhi – Mane
    Aguero – Lukaku or
    442 Bertrand – Bellerin
    Mkhi – mane
    Aguero – eriksen ??

    1. There’s only 22 points between them for the season to date but the price difference is 2.3m. Just left a bit more in the bank to pretty much afford anyone else I want with the other transfers.

      1. Fair enough – sensible decision

I have decided to change tawkoski for Alonso this week as my first transfer

        1. Looked sensible until Keane gets star man. Didn’t even have him down as getting a clean sheet before the game – typical.

  3. Thoughts on who to replace Ryan Bertrand with
Bellerin – 2.5 mill has easy games and still in Europa league or Christiansen – again easy games and still in FA cup too at 2.2 mil ??

    1. I prefer Bellerin. They may have even more extra games depending how far they go in Europa League.

    1. That’s useful – helped confirm my decision to go for Ozil. Do you literally create this manually by writing down how many points each player has scored? It must take an awful lot of time.

      1. Yeah, I wrote down all the points for every player. I find it quite useful as it tells me which players are in form. It’s one of many strategies (none of which I have perfected yet) I use to help in my fantasy football decision making.

        1. I can see how it would be very helpful. It would be a great tool for spotting in form players but it must take hours to collate if logging weekly points for each player.

    1. For me it’s between Ozil and Mane. But I’m going to risk it with Ozil based on their fixtures for the rest of the season. Hoping they can go all the way in the Europa League.

  5. Ozil is on the bench. Out the two I’d go for Mane as he plays more advanced and will get more goals then Ozil. Ultimately it’s your choice though
